A multi storey car park for Ranta-Kartano recreational and sports facilities in Lahti, is designed as an integrated part of the architectural ensemble. Design follows the main theme of Ranta-Kartano, which is a generous use of wood in elevations. The constructions costs and efficiency of elevations are optimised by the use of prefabricated massive timber elements. The all year round vegetation and integrated smart lighting are irreplaceable part of car park design.
