The proposed development creates a more harmonious and well defined ensemble around the Pukimo city block. The Hansatori public square is intensified by setting clear borders of public space and new extension of old Market links it to the surrounding urban network. Approaching and passing through Pukimo city block is made simple and comfortable, linking all the separate pieces together.
